Sometimes I get scared. And not in the something jumped out at me way or just watched a scary movie way, but in the way that every little noise make me jump, and I can’t sleep or breathe easily any more. I can’t turn the light off and I have to keep covered and it honestly makes me worried how bad this is getting, I am 15 and I am still terrified of the dark. I just want to scream because my heart hurts. I’m scared, and I need someone to help.
